Standard orders are typically processed within 5 – 10 business days. **Due to recent service disruptions and uncertainty surrounding Canada Post operations, please note that orders may take extra 10–15 business days to be processed.** Once you go to the checkout and input your shipping address, shipping prices will be calculated specifically for your location.

Every shipment has a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.

FREE Shipping for all orders over $150 CAD within Canada. It will automatically adjust at checkout.

If you refuse to receive your order and/or do not pay the customs duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us. In this case, SF Wellness will charge the customer for applicable shipping costs, import duties, and tax fees for the shipment’s return.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

SF Wellness wants our customers to be delighted with their purchases.

Returns for exchanges or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange or refund, please get in touch with our support team with your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange. Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

For regular-priced items approved for a refund or exchange, please note that a payment processing fee is automatically charged by the payment platform at the time of purchase. This fee is not retained by SF Wellness, and therefore cannot be refunded. Your refund amount will reflect the order total minus the non-refundable processing fee. If you have any questions about how this fee is calculated, please get in touch with our support team. Customers may also complete an in-store exchange or return with a valid reason, within 30 days of receiving the order.

Finale Sale Items

Sale or discounted items, items purchased with a discount code, gift items or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned. No exceptions will be made for final sale items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SF Wellness is not responsible for any lost/ stolen packages, packages marked as delivered but not received, delays caused by the carrier, or unsuccessful delivery attempts made by the courier. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.

Return Shipping Fees

Please note that SF Wellness does not cover return shipping costs and fees associated with returning or exchanging a product. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
